My only complaint was that the room was TOO noisy. The noise came from some sort machine that vibrated and groaned 24 hours a day. (Loudest by the window) There was some sort fan noise or the like also without ceasing, in the bathroom. Other than that it was great! Staff were wonderful, accommodating, kind, attentive, and sweet. I appreciated them.

Drew checked us in and very friendly and helpful. He made our stay very nice. The only thing is that they don’t clean the room every day. I wish they would make that clear at check in and not just a sign on the mirror very small.

Disappointed
Service/staff were great. Huge problem was the pool being freezing cold and not heated because their "technician was off" (main reason i stayed here was indoor heated pool) second, no breakfast available. We had to go next door in freezing weather as it had just snowed. With a toddler and new born this was not possible. Definitely disappointed.

I did like the customer service from the front desk people. I didn’t like the inconvenience of having to pay for parking when it should be included with the stay; it is self parking not even valet. Another inconvenience was the fact that when I booked the trip, it stated that breakfast was included but when we arrived we were told that it was served at the hotel next door. Overall good hotel, good service.

I hate to give a poor review but we were really disappointed with our stay and won’t go back. #1 There was no breakfast served as described in the booking. According to the staff they don’t have enough staff in the winter months to serve breakfast so if you wanted to eat you needed to walk to the hotel next door. This is not an optimal choice when it’s 30 degrees in the morning and you just want to grab a bite and a cup of coffee to bring back up to the room. #2 There is a $10 parking fee that is not disclosed until you check in. #3 The heater in the room didn’t work and the sink drain was very slow. We told the staff and they gave us a new room but at that point we just regretted our entire stay.

Great stay! I’ll be back!
I loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfy. The ONLY disappointment was the breakfast. Not that the breakfast wasn’t good. But the photos showed hard boiled eggs and smoothies and neither were there. Other than that it was exactly how advertised. I’ll be back for sure.

I appreciated the general manager of Hampton Inn because she made it easy for us to change our dates for a reservation and she was super professional, and we appreciated her being able to get us a room last minute for me. I had an amazing vacation.

Überteuert und Frühstück enttäuschend
Ein neues Hotel mit guter Zimmerausstattung. Teuerstes Hotel unserer Rundreise, doch bei weitem nicht das Beste. 10 $ Parkgebühr hatten wir bei Buchung überlesen; es war das einzige Hotel, was eine solche erhob. Empfanden wir als unangemessene Geldschneiderei. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hampton Inns leider echt enttäuschend. Frühstückskartoffeln halbgar, Waffelteig mit Zimt ohne neutrale Alternative, kein Joghurt. Platzangebot für Hotelgrösse zu klein, Zeitfenster bis 9:30 Uhr ebenso. Punkt 9:30 Uhr wurde die Schiebetür zugeschoben und das Personal bediente sich am Buffet. Auswahl der Speisen sehr eingeschränkt, selbst gegenüber deutlich billigeren Hotels. Beim auschecken gegenüber der Rezeption bereits thematisiert, sie hörte diese Beschwerde schon oft. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen, Alternativen gibt es reichlich

They charge 10.00 to park mandatory fee.
Nice hotel not cheap, breakfast was plain simple cheap. Was not told about 10.00 to park your car in a huge empty parking lot, there is no reason for this fee besides gouging consumer. 200.00 a night hotel should include parking, this is oakhurst not Venice beach where parking is at a premium
