We were charged $500 for carpet cleaning due to a small food stain (blueberries). While I acknowledge the stain occurred, the charge was completely disproportionate. "Want to relax? Not the place. Rooms poorly insulated, you can hear all the neighbours. The mattress is so soft you feel you’re drowning on it. Cleaning is not an option - room full of dirt- and the hotel charges for housekeeping as an additional! (I wanted to do my own housekeeping I would have got an AirBnB).
