"Everything was absolutely amazing"

"I had another comfortable stay at this hotel! Its location is very convenient, as it is just a short walk from Hamamatsu Station. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back the next time I visit Hamamatsu."

"This is a spa hotel with mineral baths, excellent food and drinks. It's a bit far from the center of Hamamatsu city (30 min by taxi), but it worth the drive. Service is excellent. Executive lounge with free drinks on the top floor is supper nice (you need to stay in the executive room to have access). The only minor issue - no aircon in the corridors of the top floors. The aircon in the room worked perfectly. "
