"This is a spa hotel with mineral baths, excellent food and drinks. It's a bit far from the center of Hamamatsu city (30 min by taxi), but it worth the drive. Service is excellent. Executive lounge with free drinks on the top floor is supper nice (you need to stay in the executive room to have access). The only minor issue - no aircon in the corridors of the top floors. The aircon in the room worked perfectly. "

"自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。 現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。 対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。 お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。 部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。 泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。 厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。 エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。 宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。 今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。"

"Excellent location just a block behind the train/bus station. Free buffet breakfast that was actually good and varied each day. Free drinks throughout the rest of the day, including filtered water and hot drink machine. Downstairs common area is relaxing and well maintained. Room was large for Japan. You could comfortably open suitcases and still have room to walk around. Beds are also larger than other hotels. We booked 2 twin beds and they were also similar to a double size.
