"Communication: easy to communicate with the owners via whatsapp prior to our arrival and once we were there to organise shuttles etc. Staff: whilst we were there, the owners were away however Alex looked after all of our requests. He was friendly, approachable and always willing to help at all hours of the day. Room: We stayed in the 'run of the house' room which had plenty of space. "The snow monkeys were within walking distance. The rooms were large, and the views were beautiful. Communication with staff is complicated."

"Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus."
