"Thanks for the place. I would like to let you know that there is only 1 very small trash in the bathroom and nothing in kitchen area. There were several places where it hadn’t been dusted. Also the overhead lights didn’t work. Since there was no window it was very dark inside. "

"Place probably does not have that many people stay. When I walked in the first time, definitely a musty smell and possible sewer. That might happen if traps dry out. 2nd issue was oven didn’t work. Texted property management and they did immediately respond with if you pull the oven out and unplug it has fixed the issue in the past. They did offer to send someone, but I did it myself. 3rd issue was pics look a lot better then reality. Stains on couches that I didn’t want to sit on them. ...

"The view was amazing. The check in was easy. The owners were easily accessible. Property was clean and a perfect size. We went for our anniversary and had a blast. The tiki bar and restaurant on the property allowed us to not have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want, and we had a great time there. The food was great and the service was even better!!"

"This apartment is perfect! It was immaculately clean, the amenities provided were so thoughtful. Bed was comfy. Easy walk to Raymond James stadium. We will 100% stay here again when in the area. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great place for the money, the floor were a little dirty and a few items could be improved (bedroom light is super dim, battery dead in remotes). Overall for the money this place is a WIN!"
