"I came in for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This property was perfect for my stay. I was able to walk to the stadium and got back before other people were able to get their car out of the parking lot. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from and walk to. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell. "

"First, the view from the second floor deck down the river is beautiful. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The AC works great and keeps the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed. The interior of the unit is bright and airy with lots of windows letting in the light.We would definitely stay there again."

"All just as described. Location is convenient. Very clean and pleasant. Quiet, no noise. The backyard under the patio cover is quite relaxing with eating area and hammock. Recommended "

"Great stay. House was in a perfect location for our use of the stadium and outlets. Clean. Larry got us an early check-in which was amazing as one of my friends was pregnant. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Property was perfect. All of the amenities of home plus a pool. Just over 2 miles from Raymond James Stadium and located in a quiet neighborhood close to a Publix and anything else you might need. Host was very accommodating and pleasant to converse with, always replying to questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again."

Nice location and very close to the airport

"We (a family of 7 persons - 6 adults and 1 baby) arrived late and had an easy check in and went to sleep early. Our flight from Copenhagen to Tampa took 19 hours so we were very tired. Next moning we woke up early and made us ready to check out and then we spent some hours at the pool and had breakfast in the poolbar. We have stayed at Saiport Waterport before and that time it was for several days. This time it was just a stopover as we had planned to visit Fort Myers this time. "

"Dejlig lejlighed. Vi rejste to generationer og dette var et perfekt stop før lufthavnen og fly hjem. Fin morgenmad taget i betragtning at det var gratis. Lækkert pool område og gratis kaffe/te/vand. God pub tæt på hvor man kan få god mad."
