You’ll have your own private three bedroom apartment that sleeps 8, with a full size washer and dryer,kitchen complete with dishwasher and pots and pans, drip coffee maker with Columbian coffee, and dining room with space for 8, including dishes and linens and all you need for a comfortable stay. Interior spaces are all yours, exterior courtyard with wood burning fire pit and charcoal grill(wood and charcoal easily purchased at Walmart close by), corn hole, and plenty of outdoor seating options, is shared with four other apartments.

Complimentary Street Parking is included in your rate; uber and lyft are readily available, and reasonably priced. Try the Cross Bay Ferry for a fun way to explore st petersburg, or the tampa water taxi or teco street car for an inexspensive and unique way to tour downtown and ybor city!

This part of Tampa once rivaled Ybor City across the river as the cigar capital of the world. Saunter down historic brick lined streets to Catrinas Tacos or Bay Cannon Brewing, or make a short drive to Julian B Lane Park(Tampa`s largest park, directly on the Hillsborough River) for expansive sunset views of the Tampa skyline through public art sculptures, all while being minutes from downtown, the airport, and 45 minutes from the best beaches in the area.
