"The apartment is adorable and in the perfect location for LoDo/Highlands/RiNO/CapHill social activities, Coors Field etc. Also perfect if you have to travel to other areas. It is close to 25 & 70 so easy access. I ended up in a leg cast a week before my trip and learned that there was no elevator. This is a walkup so I did a lot of delivery.
