"Nice"

"My family (ten of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The space was gorgeous, both indoor and out, and the kitchen contained all the dishes, utensils, and staples we needed to cook a few meals. We loved the pool and the hammock and the nearby walking trail, and there was enough space for all of us to get ready at the same time - we attended a wedding in Hudson Bend. My only suggestion is maybe some more towel hooks in the secondary bathroom upstairs, as there were 5 of us...

"Beautiful property with plenty of space for our large group. Host was very responsive and helpful."

"This was just the right home for our group of eight this Christmas. The open layout was great for snacking, puzzles and conversation and the large dining room table overlooking the pool and back yard was perfect for meals. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient to restaurants and a nice church for Christmas Eve service. Loved the outdoor fireplace and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and backyard area. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings."

"The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! The pool is great and many activities are provided for your use, which we took full advantage off. My few suggestions would be to add more hosting...

We were disappointed that the coffee pot was broken, the linens were not high quality like you would expect with such nice property, ran out of paper towels with no extras, early morning noises like leaf blowers and dumpster people, barking dog and other amenities like shower caddy and bath rug were Dollar Tree quality."

"This home was great for us! It has an expansive backyard, a nice deck and grill, and was easy to get to. Only catch was our late night arrival and host had forgotten to give us the gate code, but it all worked out pretty quickly."

"We were there for a family wedding. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony with its awesome view. Elevator was perfectly placed for my elderly mother."

The place could use a few minor improvements--blinds in bedroom should be replaced because several slats are broke, could use some more hangars(there might be 8) and it would be nice if they supplied beach towels. "This place was very good! The instructions were clear and lots of great recommendations for things to do. My only critiques are that there was a weird smell when we first walked in that only got marginally better over our stay. Also, bring your own blankets because you are only provided a thin sheet and blanket."

"Swim park amenities are only open Thursday through Sunday - property description needs to be corrected! Oven was broken - reported to Vacasa but not repaired. No instructions regarding digital thermostats or entertainment system. Bottom Line - we will not stay in any property managed by Vacasa going forward. In addition, we would not recommend the Reserve at Lake Travis unless you plan to stay Thursday through Sunday."

"We loved everything about our stay. Close to everything including the river trail, shops, grocery, dining. Cool pool, a bit small though. Good gym and easy checkin process with a cool little coffee shop to boot. Very nice, highly recommended. "

"Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master.
