"Came to Redding to visit with family. This space was delightfully decorated, super clean, and organized in a manner that was well thought out. Everything I needed in one spot. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, AND a sound machine-what a life saver for this white noise addicted sleeper. So many great restaurants close by, as well. Finally, the host provided all relevant info before I even asked for it. Very welcoming and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when visiting!!"

"Charming, thoughtfully appointed large studio with artful farmhouse decor. Well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure in shower. Very responsive owner. Easy check-in. One piece of advice: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs to block out night noises, including refrigerator (ice maker?), train whistles, and early morning traffic. Also be aware that there are no drawers for clothing, just open shelves (the closet does have hangers). I personally did not find any of this off-putting, and...

We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. "My mother stayed here while in town for a wedding and loved it. It was super cute and she loved the little patio. "

"The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico."
