"Cabins are getting as bit "tired" and could do with a refresh/upgrade. Plenty of space but only 2 small wardrobes, no bedside tables, tiny TV and overall quite "old". No access for EV charging although an external plug could easily be fitted. Good value for 5 people but overpriced for a couple given the quality."
"The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating. Helping us schedule different tours and also giving us good tips and advice about Australia! Very cool experience plus have no access to the ferry to go to the harbor was very helpful and got great pictures! Would recommend spending the little extra to get an animal view room. Really makes things feel special!!"
"Hotellet ligger perfekt med den skønneste udsigt til havnen og broen, men synes det var lidt for dyrt ift hvad det var. og hvilken service og stand det var i. Der manglende ofte noget på værelset vi måtte spørge efter …toiletpapir, den ekstra opredning vi havde bestilt, håndklæder o.lign det var som om at den del med rengøring havde hotellet ikke helt styr på. Men imødekommende og søde mennesker i receptionen der straks afhjælp manglerne når vi henvendte os."
"Enjoyed my stay immensely! There is currently ongoing construction, however that didn’t affect my comings and goings or my sleep at all. Rooms are elegant and just what I needed - the relax/mood lighting was super nice after walking in the sun. Even when the taxi button didn’t work to call a taxi when I was checking out, we worked toward a good solution easily.
