"No refrigerator or microwave even though it was listed. Got the wrong number of beds. Bugs. No one would help us move rooms. When we did finally move rooms smelled like cat urine and they refused to move us even though I’m allergic to cats."

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."

"Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

"I got airport shuttle to Courtyard after my flight was canceled. Booked a wake up call for 3 AM, but it NEVER CAME. It was a back up and fortunately, my first alarm woke me up. Very soft bed, turned out not to be a problem. This place served my needs, fixed my problems."

"It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote"

"Hotel is an older property and the rooms and common areas reflect the age. Property/rooms need a remodel. I did like the location and found it easily. Elevators are sketchy and needs some maintenance. Staff and housekeeping were most helpful and very polite. The property is okay and I would stay again if I found a good daily rate."
