"There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty. "Air conditioner did not work and limited parking made the stay pretty uncomfortable. Felt like more of a hassle than a getaway. There was no option for additional parking for a larger group and I was advised by the host to “google free parking around the area.” Also, shower water went cold fast. "

"Guest suite was clean & comfortable, amenities are as described. Paula was kind and accommodating with requests. Community is quiet and easily accessible to major highways, shopping, restaurants and entertainment."
