"Great place and great location!"

"Everything was great!"

"Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay. "

"Very close to UW. It’s a no frills place, with no tv (fine with me), and the bed was very comfy."

"The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the...

"Pleasant overall. I did have to reconnect the internet to the TV to get the TV to work but that wasnt a big deal."

"Everything!"

"Excellent and comfortable accommodations in a great central location. Vince is friendly and responds quickly to any questions. Would stay here again."

"Exactly as it is described. Great location in general. Epic location if you’re coming for a Husky game!!"

"Very nice little house, quiet and well-designed for visitors like us. Good food and coffee within walking distance. I highly recommend this"

Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. Wardrobe can accomodate limited clothing...

"This home was very clean and well maintained, the location was perfect for our needs and the host was a great communicator leading up to our stay . But the two king beds were so, so hard that one of the folks in our party actually thought he was sleeping in a box spring! Because of this we had awful nights sleep. Additionally - the home is very vertical and the heat rises but only the third floor bedroom has ac. The other rooms are very warm with only a couple small fans. The living room is...

"We had a great stay in Seattle! Jackie was a great host who was very communicative and accommodating. It was very close and convenient to walk and get to restaurants or public transportation. The listing was very accurate and the place provided us with everything we needed for our stay!"
