"The room smelled of mildew and mold. My wife and I couldn’t shower because the water was blistering hot! ZERO cold water. Also where the shower head threads on, was poorly taped and sealed so the water was blasting from the threads over the curtain rail, all over the bathroom floor. No bed bugs, so I guess there’s that."

"This place has awful customer service and canceled our room even when we called ahead of time to let them know we would be behind on time. The man on the phone let us know he would still have the room available and when we pulled up to the hotel he locked the front office door with the open sign still showing. "Sjovt motel med fin pool. Har en gennemført “Mad Men” retro stil. Opgrader værelse hvis man vil ha udsigt til poolen. Afslappet atmosfære. Privat parkering. "

"Everything was great, except our final day when it was almost time for checkout. It was 10:30ish, a worker just walks right into our room no knocking or anything to let us know. I’m sure it was house keeping but this guy didn’t even knock just walked right on in, thankfully i had the bathroom door closed while i was changing. Checkout isn’t until 11, there’s absolutely no reason someone should have walked into our room unannounced."

"The staff was very helpful, considerate, and professional. The room was clean. Icemaker was brand new, but was giving staff problems. Have to go back in an hour or two. Had to wait for laundry to get washcloths and hand towels, but this was only a 45 minute inconvenience. There was a wooden desk chair with visibly dry liquid on the seat. the desk and dresser also had these same soiled areas. the outlets were loose when plugging in chargers. the mirror was also visibly stained/damaged. the luggage rack was rusty, the ironing board had no padding or cover.
