"We loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The lady doing breakfasts could not do more to help. We spoke with several employees and locals and they were all great. We had a good meal in the evening and the breakfast offering was excellent. Thank you to all. "

"We really really liked The Carpenters Arms, and we will definitely be back. We had a beautiful room, on the ground level, with a cosy vibe that reminded us of a summerhouse. Right outside our room we had a simi private space with a table and chairs. We just loved that. The staff were incredible and the food at the restaurant was great.
The place is a bit remote, so it was not easy to find a nice and safe place to walk our dog at night, as they drive very fast in England. We just walked her in the garden. The Carpenters Arms was a very dog-friendly hotel though.
We really felt at home, and I definitely left a little piece of my heart there."
