"We enjoyed a great stay at one the esplanade with our two kids, we were on level 13, roadside. The apartment was in great condition and very quiet. Perfect location for walking down to cafe etc. unfortunately the carpark was out of action while we stayed but I can imagine that would be very handy too "

"This was the first time we have stayed here and it was just perfect for two related couples - Own bedroom - own bathroom great layout and facilities with views over the river to Surfers and Broadbeach areas The management called mid morning to advise the room was ready which was brilliant and very helpful. The only negative were the mindless and selfish lunatics on Jet skis on the river No consideration for others but that had nothing to do with the property. Can't wait to need to return for a...
