"I just stayed at this hotel with my wife and kid in the lakeview area in Chicago.
Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with serveral things about our stay.
1. Lack of cleanliness in the room, we found pills, plastic waste from candy bar, old used contact lenses. As we had a toddler running around and investigating every inch of the room, this could have resulted in fatal consequences!
2. It was very noisy! we had some kind of generator outside our windows, which was running all night...
"If you are looking for a charming place to stay that is walkable to Wrigley, this is an excellent option. The staff is friendly, the neighborhood felt comfortable and safe and it was very conveniently located. The hotel is definitely vintage but it is well kept, cute baseball theme and friendly staff. Would stay here again!"
"Parking should be included. Paying almost $60 to park is ridiculous when you’re staying at the place you paid for. Your parking should be included at a motel/hotel. We won’t be back because of this. "

"Exactly what I needed. Just in town for one night to see a late show at the Metro. Everything was walking distance. Adorable furnishings, clean, pet friendly, great breakfast and patio at the sister accommodation next door and well priced. Loud bars close by, but, that was as described. My dog was not bothered. "I recently stayed at The Villa in the Euro Room, and it was such a lovely experience. The mansion was incredibly clean and beautifully styled, with so many charming details to admire. I loved the vibe and the thoughtful touches, like the food available...our panini was delicious! We also enjoyed a show at The Vic and returned to unwind with some Italian wine. The shower was stunning, and everything was well-labeled and convenient. The next day, we relaxed in the jacuzzi, and the breakfast was...
"Staying at The River Hotel Chicago was a excellent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice with a great view, the location was just in the middle of everything and right a cross the river. There was free coffee on the second floor, and purified water in the hall. "

"Fantastic location, nice room, waterpreasure a bit on the low side.
It showed to be extreamly difficult to get a taxi at the hotel, and the hotel staff wasn't to much help."
