"Very nice, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable and loved the showers. Beautiful beach, pool and ocean area to swim in. Food was very good at the pool bar. PICCOLINO'S cafe was wonderful. Lots of places within walking distance to eat. Kyle and his wife were great hosts."

"Very pretty place in a quiet location. Place equiped with everything you need. Wish we could have snorkeled right from the villa' s beach, actually tried one day but was a little rough, that was a bummer bc we love to snorkel and the owner said its the best on the island. Other then that it was a wonderful place!"

"We moved our eldest daughter from Canada to the Cayman Islands for school, my wife her father, my daughter and myself came down for a week and it was wonderful. The island is amazing, the people, the weather and the food are all first-rate. Caribean Paradise was the best part of the trip, beautiful condo, amazing views, wonderful pool and beach, and it is in the perfect location. Recommend it highly, my #1 choice."

"This place was great. It has a great location, super easy private beach access walking distance to super market. The place was very spacious great for families. Very well stocked for those traveling with little ones they had a high chair and pack-play. One of the bathrooms had a 2-1 seat where they had a potty seat for the kids. Everything was high end. The staff was amazing. I will def rebook next time we visit."

"Our first visit back since Covid. Still love Cayman Reef Resort - the location on SMB can't be beat. All our favorite restaurants - plus a couple new ones - make it easy to enjoy delicious meals with little effort. We appreciated the upgrades made to the Condo since our last visit and hope to be back again next year."

"The beach and lagoon are gorgeous. It was convenient to have the little restaurant at the pool for quick snacks. The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and in a convenient location. WiFi and aircon worked great Unfortunately the grounds of Sunset Cove were not kept up well and could use an upgrade. The pools and bar area were surrounded by cracked concrete just like the parking lot. There were many dead plants and foliage all around the complex."

"The property was perfect for our beach vacation. We rented a car for our restaurant outings, but we were able to walk to lunch and shopping. We enjoyed evenings on the deck. We used the kitchen for breakfast and heating up our leftovers. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for us, and having a washer and dryer was so convenient! Best of all, the beach was absolute perfection! This was our first family VRBO booking, and it won’t be our last!"

"We really enjoyed the space at this unit. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen made it feel like home. We loved the walkout to the pool and how easy it was to access the beautiful beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful-offering suggestions activities and restaurants. The suite was well stocked with all necessities. We found a selection of novels under the tv (if you forget to bring a book)."

"Home was perfect, had everything you would need for a stay. Beach was semi private, shared between complex, but never had issue with chairs or room. When we arrived was disappointed with view, palm trees on beach obstructed view to water. That opinion changed the next day about 10:30am. Sun is hot and we moved chairs under palm leaves. "We came to Grand Cayman for my wife’s birthday and had an outstanding time.. Craig is absolutely terrific and very responsive. We had one of our suitcases break and needed a screwdriver. I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. The location and condition of the house was very nice, the pool with it beautiful view of the water is exactly what were hoping for!! Not one issue at all.."

"My husband and I and 7 friends stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. We love the quieter side near Rum Point and this house did not disappoint! The layout was incredible with an amazing beach at our fingertips. The pool and outside seating was perfect!!! The table with the automatic lazy Susan was a huge plus. The house was clean and so open and bright. We had the most amazing time and would recommend this property to anyone. This property and the beach made our vacation!"
