"We're water people and come to Spotts Beach to snorkel. This is a fantastic condo for that. Roll out of bed in the morning and it's just a few steps to the always available lounge chairs. Quiet beach, plenty of shade and the peace of mind that you can leave your things on your lounge chair and they'll be there when you're done swimming. This is an oasis. "Condo was nice . Easy check in and check out . Owner responded quickly .Quiet area . No crowds on the beach . Pool was awesome . Staff very friendly and helpful . Pickle ball courts were great . My only complaint if I have to say anything negative was the master bath should be the front room with private bath , also I would of liked a full length mirror or another mirror in the bedroom or hall . With only the mirror in the bathroom for two people to get ready was tuff . Will definitely return . "

It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. "Truly enjoyed walking out the screened in porch to the pool and awesome view of the small bay. Finding starfish everyday was a new experience. Regular walks to Starfish Point in the morning and in the evening to see awesome sunsets. Short distance to Rum Point area along with swimming with stingrays were other highlights. We will remember this trip for many years to come."

"While we were there in early July the beach in front of the property was taken over by the ocean but was shallow enough to easily walk in. There is also a beach that is accessible from the complex on the side. However, we didn't find a way to walk to the rest of 7MB with the current water level. Peppers restaurant across the street served amazing Carribbean food. Truly a very convenient location. We plan to go back! Harold was very accessible, friendly, and helpful before and during our stay."

"This was our second stay at this condo. We love staying here. We watched the sunset from the balcony every night. Saw squid and lobster along with all the reef fish at the small reef just outside the beach cove. There are always chairs available on the beach and room in the hot tub anytime you want to go. "Parrot 6 is a lovely property located on West Bay. It was quiet and peaceful (away from the busy tourist areas) and provided the perfect getaway for relaxation. "This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner.
