Pool wasn’t warm, customer service was poor- no one wants to talk to you- resort was dead, no energy, strange vibes, staff unhelpful

Our Host Ellen started our week out with a grand welcome surprise. The unit was as pictured and made for a perfect quiet alternative to the 7 mile crowd.
