"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. "The indication to find the apartment indicated by Expedia is a disaster. It is not possible to receive a link to indicate the apartment and on this link shows 4 apartment. I booked only one and the link should indicate were is the apartment that I've booked. Also the indication to find the key was not so easy to understand. Fortunately I've received a call from the owner that gave me instruction live where the key was."

"I do not recommend booking this property. The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception"

Every night, all night, people walking back from partying, talking loudly, revving motorcycles just outside the room, etc. Big trucks coming in to resupply the cruise ships at 4 am. "All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point.
