"Overprized hotel. Worn out conditions. location close to beach that is over crowded"

"We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good."

"This holiday inn was okay. The price was great for a weekend but the hotel is a little rundown. Only one elevator so expect to wait. The pool and hot tub were good as was the breakfast. The location is great...walking distance to whitecap beach."

"Right across the street from beach access. Close to restaurants and stores on the island. The rooms have a small kitchen with a dishwasher, plates and utensils. The room was clean. Parking is kind of tight but not a deal breaker. Customer service was excellent. The free breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast fair. Room and facilities were clean. Good value."

"While the exterior of the property looked well kept the interior had issues. The pool was closed for renovation which was noted by staff upon arrival. However the room levels hallway carpet was dirty and smelled of mold. Room cleanliness was okay but needs updating. Water lines broke in elevator hallway causing ceiling tiles to fall on floors and we're unable to offer breakfast service due to water issue. Will not return to this property unless it undergoes a renovation."

"Very nice experience. The unit was well-appointed, spacious, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. This second-floor unit has a full-length balcony and overlooks the courtyard swimming pool, not the beach, but the beach is literally a few steps away. We liked that the unit occupied the entire second (and top) floor of its building, so we had no neighbors on any side of us. Very quiet as a result, although you do hear the noise from the pool. But the pool closes in the evening, and we didn't...
