"We booked this place for a weekend stay in Omaha, after we arrived in town we never received instructions for check in. We messaged and called the host to no avail. 4 hours after our check in time with VRBO reps also reaching out to the host we canceled our booking and got a refund. Thank god we had someone in town who offered me my wife and child a bed for the two nights. Don’t book this place if you don’t want to end up sleeping in your car"

"The location of the unit is nice. Walking distance to several places, or a short Uber anywhere in Omaha. We only had 3 towels for 4 people, in a unit that says up to 5 guests. All sink/shower drains were completely clogged. They use a key cafe for key access/drop off, that did not work when we were trying to leave. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach anyone by phone or email, and were unable to return our keys to the directions they required. Overall a nice stay, but the amenities/customer...
