Upon entering this stylish home, you'll walk into an open shared living and dining room area that leads into the kitchen with a raised bar. The dining room features a large round table which makes meals and game time great for family gathering. The kitchen is located adjacent to the dining room and features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and several small appliances including an air-fryer, crockpot, mixer, toaster oven and blender. Essentials in the kitchen include dinnerware, prep and serving bowls/platters, plastic storage containers, pans/dishes for cooking and baking, along with silverware and many utensils. The kitchen includes many spices and basics that make cooking meals a breeze. In addition, the laundry area features a high efficiency washer and dryer with washing detergent available during your stay.

The spacious living area features multiple sitting spaces between the large reclining sofa, comfortable recliner, and stylish striped chairs. Enjoy watching a movie or sporting event on the 82-inch TV that includes access to You Tube TV. From the living area, enjoy porches on both the front and back of the house. The front porch offers the street view where you can sit and relax in the cushioned chairs. Stairs off the front porch take you downstairs to the parking and patio entertainment area. In addition, this property features five bedrooms and sleeps up to ten guests comfortably. Upstairs you will find four of the five bedrooms, each with their own flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, and sliding door access to the front porch. The primary bedroom's ensuite includes a dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower with standard, rain head, and handheld wand options. The second and third bedrooms each have comfortable queen beds, flat screen TVs and step-in closets. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a view of the pool and patio area. Pocket door access to the separate adjacent full bath with shower/tub and vanity.

The fifth bedroom is located on the main ground level of the house and provides access to the pool and patio areas. The bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and 65” flat screen TV. This bedroom has a sitting area with two reclining chairs and end table placed in viewing of the flat screen TV. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity from directly from the bedroom. You will find each bed made with quality bedding providing a relaxing night’s rest, and soft bathroom linens to restore you after a day at the beach.

This home offers many guest amenities available during your stay. Amenities include: Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella w/sand mount, beach towels and Big Joe pool floats. There are also beach toys for the little ones to enjoy on the beach.
