Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Sheets and towels are included. Beach towels are not. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.



The Space:

5 TV's, 1 DVD player and wireless internet. Rinse off with the outdoor shower under the house.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owner's expense.



Guest Access:

Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
