Our Home’s front door is steps away from Elevator, accessed once you’ve passed through the Secure Main Entrance of the building. The unit has high ceilings and an open-concept layout with luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Many Modern Interior Updates have been done including all brand-new furnishings and beds, fresh paint, lighting, and décor. The Updated Kitchen features granite countertops and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials as well as many small appliances to prepare quick and easy beach snacks and full-course meals. The Living Room is large and airy, featuring a flat screen TV, brand new Queen-sized sleeper sofa, and new rocking chair. The Living Room is brought alive when the Myrtle Beach sunshine comes through the sliding doors that lead out to the Large, Fully Screened-in Balcony overlooking the beautiful community pond. The Master Bedroom features a brand new king-sized bed, flat screen TV, amble storage including walk-in closet, and window-side comfortable leather rocker. The Master Bedroom also boasts an In-Suite Master Bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks all for your relaxation and comfort. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds, flat screen TV, and amble storage with closet and dresser. There is a Second Full Guest Bath complete with tub/shower combo. There is an In-Unit Laundry Room set up with a full-size washer and dryer for Guests’ convenience. All linens/towels and basic everyday essentials – such as toiletries, soap, cleaning supplies, etc – are included with your stay. Additionally, Secure WiFi and cable is complimentary.

During our busy season, our weekly rentals check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm thru the following Saturday check out time at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.
Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3-night minimum.
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.
