We had a very nice stay. The property is older and needs some updating and repair, but it was in good condition for what we paid. It is also directly on the beach which is exactly what we wanted. Very quiet and family-friendly area. My kids made friends on the beach and played together every day. The pool is nice for young children as it only goes up to 4.5 feet deep. You do need to bring/rent your own beach gear as none is provided. Also there are very few restaurants or shopping within walking distance; you will need a car if you want to go out and about.

Beautiful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great location, clean, quiet. Views from the balcony are fabulous. We saw dolphins from the balcony which was wild & unexpected. Coffee pot was a plus that you don’t get everywhere. Would recommend this location & even come back.

Amazing View & Spacious layout

This property is exactly what is stated. Spacious with enough beds to accommodate our stay. The balcony view to the ocean was amazing! We had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great Location but needs updating

Great location and property. The unit itself is outdated and lacks a deeper cleanliness than ones we have stayed in previously. It suited our needs and had a good layout but needs some attention on the interior.

BC2-2E Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was so nice. The couches were too soft but they were beautiful and did their job of comfort. One towel rack needed attention and that was reported. All in all it was a wonderful vacation at BC2-2E.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying in this condo. It’s a very nice property with the exception of the stuffy smell, the old pots, pans and kitchen utensils. Other than that we love it!

Beautiful Place

The place was absolutely beatuiful and also very clean!! We were right on the beach like expected. Only issue was the parking this time around. Some parking spots were closed down and we had trouble finding a place to park but other than that, it was great!!!

Great location

We really liked the condo and the location is great regarding the beach not too crowded. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping (barefoot landing). No big deal complaints are the HVAC is quite loud and some of the caulking behind the kitchen sink and in the master shower could be replaced. We definitely will be back if we need a 3 or 4 bedroom beachfront condo again.

Coffee maker and toaster

I loved the sitting areas on the balcony and the living room. The kitchen could use more dishes and appliances. It was disappointing that there was no toaster or Keurig. The place was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but over all the visit was great!

I absolutely loved this property! I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the quietness of the area. The property was very spacious to accommodate my father, my 4 kids, spouse and a stepdaughter! I Definitely plan to stay at this property every year for our beach vacation. Love. Love. Love!

The condo is in a beautiful location but it needs work. It's starting to get old and worn and could use a few upgrades.
