When we arrived we were blown away by the rental property. Everything was so much more than what we expected. Lots of room and the whole place was overwhelming for the price. Looking to returning next year God willing!!!

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and well-furnished. The second bathroom is designed for kids - smaller toilet, shorter vanity (I'm 6ft tall and now know what Shaq feels like in normal bathrooms LOL). Very quiet, gated community with nice amenities. Our kids were in the pools every day (multiple times). Security checked wristbands (pool) every day.

Very nice property. Condo was clean and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for a family of 4. Pool was nice and refreshing. The area was nice and quiet and the screened in porch was relaxing for morning coffee. This area was walking distance to a nice beach and very close to many attractions for the family. Highly recommend.

We had a great week at the Ocean Keys condo. A wonderful complex and a fantastic part of North Myrtle Beach. The beach was absolutely perfect. We were there during a very warm time so we ended up driving down to the beach or getting dropped off by someone in our party. (Here’s a tip: the beach parking on eighth Street has the outdoor shower to rinse off when you walk back up!) Yes, it’s on the third floor with no elevator but as long as you have no issues with stairs, it makes it totally worth it for the value of the stay. Very well equipped kitchen , the big yellow comfy couch was everyone’s favorite. Would love to come back in a cooler time to be able to really enjoy the expansive screen porch. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was the perfect size for our family. It was clean, cozy and smelled like the beach as soon as you walked in the door. It was centrally located close to all amenities!! The screened in balcony was so peaceful. The unit overlooks ones of the many pools. There was a pack n play and an umbrella stroller in the unit which we wish we would’ve known so we didn’t bring our big stroller. This unit is on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of stairs! The beds were squeaky which Seaside Vacations said they would put in a work order for. There was also low water pressure in the showers. But other than those minor details everything was great. 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends!!

The condo was very clean in a great area! The kitchen was probably the best stocked we have seen. The pools and hot tubs were nice. There is a little bit of walk to the beach but we didn’t mind and expected that and priced fairly! There is some free public parking close to beach if needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect

the condo was very clean, and we were at the beach every day with only a 10 minute walk. On the main street, there are tons of things to do and great restaurants. For cleanliness, its easy access to the beach and its easy access or various restaurants, I absolutely recommend it

Perfect Location

This property is located within an easy walk of the beach & restaurants. It is within a well-maintained complex that is quiet & peaceful away from the noise & traffic at the beach. The unit is beautifully outfitted with Tommy Bahama decor, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location...quiet, within 10 minute walk to beach and Main St areas. Enjoyed the community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and game room. Property was well-kept. The unit was very clean, with comfortable furnishings, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo

We love everything about this condo. Exceptionally clean with everything you need. Nice pool view with proximity to the beach. Nicholas assisted us all the way from the moment we reserved it. My family and I had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Fall mini vacation

The condo was very clean and cozy. It had everything in it that we needed. We had a nice big balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was right down the road. It was so peaceful and quiet yet still close to many attractions. The owner Nicholas was very quick responding to our questions. Definitely recommended.

Convenience by the sea

I traveled with my 5 children and husband, we enjoyed our stay! The beach was right down the road! There were plenty of places to eat, shop and have fun with the kids. We enjoyed all the space we had in the apartment, and the access to the pool was a plus! When we arrived everything was clean and neat. I loved that the owner provided plenty of games that we enjoyed and everything we needed to make meals. This was a great home away from home!

Me and my husband, our three teenage boys and a girlfriend had a great week in this condo. It is so close to everything but the gated community is quiet and feels safe. Condo is really bigger than I expected. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We would stay again and would recommend. Sofa is huge and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well with cups, plates, pots and pans etc. Balcony overlooking the pool is awesome. Pool area is nice and the pond is pretty. The beds in the guest rooms were comfy but the master bed is not great. We also had to wash the cover / sheets due to what looked like dog hair on them when we arrived. There were crumbs left all over the small sofa in the kitchen area. Shower in the master bath wasn’t draining good. It did back up into the tub when showering and took a while to drain each time. The cleaning lady opened the door and came in on us on check in day at 8:30am. She apologized but it kind of made us feel rushed to be out before the 10am check out time. We also got a “ticket” from the security guard for parking on the sidewalk. We had apparently pulled too far forward in the space and were given a warning. We have a full size pickup and space was a little tight. Host was very easy to communicate with and our stay was really nice! Just a few minor details but overall would totally recommend and would return! Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Excellent Property

We had a great stay at this family friendly location. We were primarily celebrating high school graduations and the kids took full advantage of the well stocked kitchen gear (they took turns cooking meal each night!). The property is centrally located to be able to walk everywhere! The beach, shops and restaurants. We only really drove to get groceries. The condo was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend! Thank you Nick for a great week to start these kids new chapter.

Yearly North Myrtle trip

This us thec1st time we stayed at Ocean Keyes and it was a good experience. The unit we rented from Nicholas was great. It was spacious, clean and had all the necessities. The only thing we did not care for was the lock system. It is much easier to have key pad lock. Other than that it was fantastic.

Great place to stay!

Our family loves North Myrtle and spend at least one week there every year. We have previously stayed at the same place for several years but due to that condo being sold, we had to find a new place this year. And what a gem we found! Everything was just as described and even more spacious than we expected! Very clean, quiet and private providing all we needed. It was also within walking distance of a lot of places we like to visit. The owner, Nicholas, was very pleasant to communicate with and checked on us to be sure everything was going well! If you are looking for a condo in a nice family oriented community with a short walk to the beach, this will be a great place for you to stay!

I could live here

Everything we could ask for in a rental property to be honest. The condo itself was clean, quiet and made me feel like I could live here. Every morning I used the fitness room that had everything I needed to get my workouts in as well as a pool and adjacent hot tub. As far as location, I don’t think you could get a better one for us. We came down for a softball tournament and the fields were fifteen minutes tops from the resort. If the beach is your thing, it was a few blocks straight down the street to the shoreline which made morning walks part of the every day routine. Restaurants, grocery stores, and activities like Mini Golf were right along the main roads a couple blocks in the opposite direction. Sometimes when I travel I like to stay at different places to see what I may like best. I honestly feel like I’ve already done that here and this will be my only choice when I come back.
