This villa will soon become your home away from home. With all-new modern furnishings and upgrades throughout, our chic, and Inviting home is the perfect place to relax in luxury.  We have brand new hard flooring, a double-size living area, full dining table, and kitchen bar. 



With sleeping and dining options for up to 8 guests, everyone has room to spread out with their own space!  There is 1 king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom,  and a pyramid bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin) in the third bedroom.  There is also one single sleeper chair in the living room. 



Premium features, our home boasts new hard flooring, granite countertops, a chef`s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer in the condo, new tile shower, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and more! 



Stay connected with our flat screen TVs throughout the condo, including a huge 60" Smart TV in the living room.  Watch your favorite TVs shows on Netflix, Hulu, and more, or catch up on a sports game, news, and shows on cable TV.  Free Wi-Fi wireless internet is provided free throughout the condo so you can surf the internet from the comfort of your new vacation home!

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am, NO EXCEPTIONS.

*This unit is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator access.

*Outdoor pool is closed around October 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/Dryer located inside of unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Only six pool passes provided for this property.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
