Our oceanfront pool is a favorite spot to relax, whether watching the kids splash around or soaking up the sun. The fun and popular Barefoot Landing is filled with cuisine and shops nearby.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided, with no motorcycles or trailers allowed for a peaceful stay.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.

Parking is located in the front of the unit, uncovered parking area.

A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach!

We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is strictly for two vehicles.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service**

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.

This was a last minute trip with my grands and it was perfect. The condo was clean and we loved the beach theme decor. Condo was sufficiently stocked. Slight issue with the door code but the residents of the property were so friendly and helped us settle in. Declan was a wonderful host and responded immediately when we contacted him. The look on my 2 year old grand when she walked on the balcony and saw the beach was simply PRICELESS!!! The condo is literally steps from the beach which made transporting kids and beach supplies very easy, We made great memories and would return again.
