Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

Things to know:

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful View and location

Condo was OK. Could’ve used some updating and cleaning. Ocean view with balcony was amazing even though it was raining and very windy. 10 digit code to get into the room and another code to get in the building and parking was a hassle.

Lovely Location

Overall, this property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. My only comment would be to upgrade the furniture and carpeting in the unit. It is quite dated and old. Otherwise, a well-managed property with a considerable number of things to do for an entire family, especially children.

Room was clean. There was not a lid for blender or corkscrew available in room. The bed immediately inside room was broken down on right side of the bed. Garbage disposal did not work and water in kitchen sink drained extremely slowly and I did not report it. Quiet time at the condos is 11pm -6am and that was great. Activities (pools, bar, etc) were good.

Property needs an upgrade

The property seems to have not been remodeled in quite some time. The outside door going into our building had plywood from where the glass was missing. It was boarded up when we got there and still like that when we left 8 days later. The suite itself needed some remodeling. However, that said, we did have a wonderful time and all the employees we came in contact with were professional and personable. Would I stay there again? Would probably look for a more upgraded place to stay. The location though was spot on!

Wonderful Week

Condo was clean and view was fantastic. Crescent Beach is a beautiful beach and we loved the dog friendly atmosphere. The outdoor pool area was awesome. The only thing missing from this condo is cookware. Thank you would definitely stay again.

Big Fail

Rented here instead of our customary MB location because we had a 7 lb dog and needed pet-friendly accommodations. After asking every question I could think of about dog accessibility, we were assured that the dog could go on the beach as long as leashed. We came, paid premium prices, and was run off the beach by a lifeguard because a new city ordinance passed on May 15th (per your front desk) 1 week before our arrival and now dogs cannot be on the beach during hours between 9-5. I had called on May 19th, two days before our arrival, to make sure we were good to go, and this was not mentioned. When I came to the front desk to seek help, we were told that the hotel had no jurisdiction over the beach. We didn't ask the hotel to do anything about the city ordinance, we asked to pay for extended room hours so that we could go to the beach after driving 5 hours the night before. No help was provided. If they knew the date the city ordinance went into effect was May 15th, they knew it on the 19th when I called and should have informed us so we could make arrangements. We disclosed that we would have the dog. We drove over 10 hours, paid for the room, but did not have any time on the beach. They could have allowed us a late departure. I was willing to pay for an additional night but not stay. I had daughters here from CO and NJ and our trip was a bust. Also, the foundation of our bed was broken in several places. I wasn’t going to complain because I wanted to have a peaceful stay but when they would not take responsibility on any level to help us out, I told them. They said they would check on it, but that didn’t do anything for ME. They were glad to take my $$ but didn’t provide good information about the dog/beach ordinance, refused to make any room adjustment so we could go to the beach we paid premium price to visit, and put us up in a room no with a broken mattress foundation that is impossible to miss when cleaning the room. The gift shop closed. Parking situation intolerable, no luggage carriers available, public restrooms locked, front desk staff who knew nothing about community, because as they said, they didn’t live in the community and didn’t know where anything was. Compensaton is in order for this vacation fail. We will stick with reputable hotels in the future.

The condo was really pretty and CLEAN!

The condo looked freshly painted with soft colors. Very nicely decorated andhad pretty artwork. Wonderful view. When we opened the door, we both said "WOW". It was immaculate and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Hint, a toaster would be nice, but not necessary! We have stayed at Bay Watch three times, but this was the very best condo - and the cleanest. Cannot wait to go back - will definitely stay in this condo! Thank you for sharing it with us!
