    Whenever you need a break from the kitchen, you'll have plenty of great restaurants nearby.     Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

    Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

    DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

    Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome view, great stay!

We wish we could have stayed more than one night, we absolutely loved the view over the ocean! Comfy bed and nice TV as well. Would definitely stay here again.

WE LOVED OUR STAY!!!!!

We absolutely loved the ocean views from our balcony! We can't recommend Vacasa or Baywatch resort enough! We will definitely be booking our next stay through Vacasa! The Baywatch Resort is the absolute best in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

Home was clean & kitchen was fully stocked with the things you'd need to cook for yourself which is very helpful on costs & if you have to factor food allergies. They even provided dish liquid & dish washer cleaner, which I thought was a nice considerate touch.The view is nice. I liked the tile flooring as it made me personally feel it was more sanitary considering the amount of traffic I'd imagine comes through. It was comfortable & a pleasant experience.

Disappointed

This unit was a huge disappointment. The entire unit needs updating. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The walls need painting to cover up stains and marks. The bathroom looks run down. The bed in the bedroom needs replaced badly. We will not be back.

Poorly maintained

This unit, while having plenty of space for two, is in dire need of being home maintenance. The zipper on one couch cushion was broken and the foam hanging out. The furniture side chairs were all pushed into the corners, the kitchen cabinets are chipped and warped, the bathroom closet shows signs of repeated flooding as it is swollen and warped at the bottom; silverware had rust spots. the bathtub showed signs of not being scrubbed in quite some time, the refrigerator leaked on the inside the entire 6 days we were there. While we spent more time out of the unit than in it, I was not even remotely impressed, with our stay here. The location is fantastic as it is oceanside and conveniently located to stores, shops and restaurants on the strip.

The good and bad

The resort is great! They took the keypads off the gates to the beach which we were so happy about. The bed in this room is so comfortable. The fridge was nice and clean. Now for what we did not like, when we pulled down the Murphy bed, there was trash and a dirty washcloth behind it, gross. They only had decaf coffee in the room so we immediately had to run to the store. None of the phones worked in the room so you could not call the front desk. We weren't given enough towels/washcloths for the number of guests and when I called to ask for more and a trash bag, I was told I needed to purchase trash bags and I needed to wash my own towels. Still didn't have enough wash cloths though :/ then one day they shut the water off from 11-3, okay we made adjustments like the sign told us to, but still had to wait till almost 5 to have water to shower. When it came back on, there was no hot water. We figured it was because the water was just turned back on but got up this morning to still no hot water for showers. We left so I'm not sure if the issue was resolved. All in all another decent stay at Baywatch Resort.

Go somewhere else

The front desk counter people are nice, but unfortunately very lazy. The other staff act like your bothering them when you ask them a question. When we arrived we asked the gentleman outside (who works there) if he could get us a cart so we could unload our luggage. He looked at me and said, “ no you just have to walk around and look for me I’m not doing that.” Wow!! So about 10 mins later an older gentleman came out and my wife asked him if he could get us a cart for the luggage and he went right to the storage area that is in the offloading zone and got us one. When we got to our room there was no shower curtain in the bathroom all the lamps in the bedroom were broken and all of the hotel phone were unplugged, and there was a huge puddle of water in front of the fridge so I walked over to the dishwasher to open it to see if it worked before I called maintenance and it literally feel out of the cabinet space luckily I caught it. Called the front desk to tell me about the issues and they sent house keeping up first and she was laughing and said ya I was on the phone so I forgot like half of the things I was supposed to do. What?!?! I showed her the lamps and she said this one works just do t use the other ones, I’ll unplug them so you don’t get shocked.. At this point I am ready to leave and they send a kid up about the fridge he says it’s just from being turned off if it keeps dripping from the freezer just put a bowl under it. Thank god my wife if a clean freak and recleaned the entire room before we even opened a suitcase Nice way to spend the first day of your honeymoon I will not be staying here again. Only plus was the nice view

At first my room looked clean, but after some further investigation it was actually REALLY dirty. The breakfast place in the building sucked. It wasn’t the worst place but i don’t think we will stay here again.

Served its purpose but could use some love

This room has a good view and met my needs. It could use some deep cleaning and for some items to be replaced, such as the shower head and a new set of pots and pans, as well as some touch up painting. I think a little bit of time and attention along with minimal financial investment would go a long way in this property

The view was amazing. Didn't realize this was a Pent House suite. The bed was so comfy I almost didn't want to get up. The way things are loaded and unloaded as for traffic needs some work for sure. It wasn't so cut and dry with where we were to park and had to figure that out. Other than that, having access to all three towers fun things was a great added bonus.

We loved the location of this particular unit as it is on the 19th floor of the main tower. Great amenities such as washer/dryer, granite countertops in the kitchen and tile floors.

Insane view, great price

We came down from Raleigh last minute when we saw the weather was good. We couldn’t believe how affordable it was. We liked it so much we extended our stay. It’s late December and on a 68 degree sunny day there were lots of people in the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Parking on site is easy in the deck. The condo wasn’t very modern but was clean and well furnished. Who cares about a 90’s vibe when you have an oceanfront view? Highly recommend.

Awesome stay! Loved it!

Great room (and quick elevators, so we didn't have to wait forever to get to the top floor!)! The king bed in the bedroom was extra comfortable! The pull-out sofa and Murphy bed (although not too terribly comfortable) in the "living room" were great in allowing more than 4 guests to stay in one room (which we always seem to have a problem with)! Plenty of room in the bathroom, too! Friendly staff and plenty of water access! Only two things that would make it better is (1.) if they'd had free complimentary breakfast, and (2.) more/easier access to luggage trolleys.
