"We had 3 families stay at the property and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house is split well. The kids stayed down stairs and the adults were upstairs during hang out time. Communication was amazing. They were very responsive and fixed any issues we had while there promptly! Would absolutely stay there again. Only complaint was that the floor was really dirty, made our feet black so I would recommend slippers and socks! But if that was the only “issue”...

"Perfectly located by beach and bay. Market, food, and nightlife all within walking distance. I was a little worried about the size but it was perfect and I have some big boys. All of the toys and amenities were a hit and my teens are already trying to book the next stay. Lots of upgrades made not in photos. Excellent host. "

"This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything is new and sparkling clean. Ocean views abound and there are multiple balconies and sitting areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.the rooftop deck is the thing that pushes this house over the endure and makes it truly a one-of-a-kind. Top of the world! Bedding was also super comfy and there are extra blankets for cuddling up outside. We will definitely be back!"

"This house was perfect for our family! You can’t beat the location of being close to the beach and the house has so many extras that made it perfect for our family (high chair, pack n play, beach chairs, toys, 2-car garage). The kitchen had so many great features that allowed us to cook meals if we wanted to. It is 3 floors, but with baby gates I felt comfortable that my 1 year old was safe. We would definitely stay here again. "
