"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this adorable cottage. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully adorned and has everything that you could need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is absolutely ideal; just steps from the beach in one direction and the bay in the other. The host was easy and accessible to communicate with and very responsive and helpful. I look forward to returning, I had a perfect visit. "

"This is a great location for a getaway. A few minute walk to the beach sand. Great restaurants close to walk too. The more populated parts of the beach a 15 minute walk away if that's your preference. The place the size of a nice horel. Perfect for couples. This place an exceptional place to stay"

The location is also convenient for all things Mission Beach offers, and it was relatively quiet for being so close to Mission Boulevard. "Nice clean place with everything you need. Lovely little monarchs would greet me everyday. Even some nice beach chairs and towels! Easy access to beach and boardwalk with good restaurants within walking distance. Hope to come back next summer! "

"We only stayed a couple of nights. Pros & cons here. You can’t beat the location. Parking is a serious challenge with a large vehicle but that’s to be expected anywhere in Mission. Our vehicle got broken into 1 night. Definitely lock everything up. Great location to beach & bay & comes with bare bone essentials. You have to bring all of your own condiments - even salt & pepper. Great location to good food. Wouldn’t stay more than 3 nights. Reasonable price for 3 bedrooms in this neighborhood...
