"Nice scenery. Spartan kitchen furnishings and bathroom toiletries. Paid booking (including all ocuppants and pets) and was invoiced by vrbo. Received addtional invoice from the owner adding 250 dolars pet fee (125x2 pets) which was not listed on the property description that only mentions "pet friendly"."

"We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. "The property managers have literally thought of everything for a comfortable well-appointed stay, including an Alexa speaker for music, binoculars to view sights in the bay, lights under the porch for nighttime illumination, and a pleasant plug-in scent diffuser. "This cottage is amazing!! Great location, very clean, beautiful inside and out. We had a great time. It was perfect for my sister and myself to have a quick weekend getaway. The amenities (patio w/furniture, grill, fireplace, comfy beds, etc) are incredible. I highly suggest this great cottage!!"
