"The only thing I was not happy with is getting a charge for WIFI for 4.95. Unless my child's phone connected to it we did not even use Wifi. We were in the room long enough to sleep. But I have never stayed at Hotel that was an amenity that was offered free of charge to guests. Other then that the facility was very clean and well maintained."

"After driving 6 hours from Western NY, we were unable to check in due to Hilton systems being down worldwide. However staff made the best of it and offered us free appetizers and drinks. They also eventually checked us in manually. The hotel was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice. We enjoyed our stay. One thing that could have been better was communication. Staff should of let us know we could check in manually immediately when we could. We waited 2 or more hours."

"Disgusting room, mold all over bed sheets, we asked for different room and front desk lady who is also the owner refused to switch us or give new sheets, she was also very rude and laughed at us for asking. We asked for refund and left but they refused to refund. Called Expedia and they also refused to refund claiming they called and claimed we never mentioned anything to them and just left which is not true"
