The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. "

"The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). "This was a wonderful stay for us! The place was clean and so nice! The bed was so comfy too! It was quiet and comfortble. We had everything we needed for a home away from home. Nice location for us to plan day trips from. David was wonderful to work with. I recommend this highly!"
