"The property was absolutely stunning. Located just minutes from the airport, hip strip and retail stores, the property was hidden on a hill top. The villa provided open, airy accommodations. "Me alojé en Sunflower porque me parecía que era la mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona. La comunicación para el día de llegada fue perfecta. El personal es súper amable y atento. El estudio es tal cual se ve en mas fotografías con cocina y frigorífico. Todo muy limpio e impecable. El agua caliente funcionaba a la perfección (que eso es un plus en la zona). "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure. To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach. Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive. To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport. "
