"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. "I went for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it especially the lazy river. The only downside to my stay was the attitude I received from the housekeeping staff and 1 server in particular for breakfast. They tend to be warmer towards certain guests.
