"This is a terrific place that is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to downtown and Biltmore (maybe 10-15 minutes). There are walkable dining options (hosts provide extremely helpful info as part of the confirmation process on food and activities too). We walked our pup in the neighborhood and felt very comfortable. You can walk to Dunkin Donuts - but the Keurig unit and coffees in the unit may obviate the need.The Cottage has a living space and separate bedroom. It is well...

"I definitely hope to stay here again if I return to Asheville. I enjoyed the clean and quiet accommodations and convenience of a small fenced in yard for my dogs. My suggestion of adding a place to sit within the fenced area was promptly acted on with the addition of two outdoor chairs and a table (so I could enjoy the complementary wine while watching my pups). Great communication with the hostess and perfect location 12 minutes from Biltmore Estate and 2 minutes from Weaver Park."
