"Deluxe and Superior means nothing in this hotel. We had a Deluxe room and even named ‘Superior’ - but we looked out into a dirty yard with big ventilationunits that ran 24/7.
Long queues for breakfast in a much too small area."

"Wonderful location. Nice view to Alcatraz. Bathroom with old bathtub. Investment in bathroom needed. 24/7 open fitness. Dogs are eating at chairs in restaurant. Many dogs at the hotel. No room service or open restaurant before 7 am. Hard welcome no free anything. Well functioning pricy valet parking."

"We stayed for 4 nights as a couple. Great location, great room on 22nd floor with great view. Breakfast was a bad experience and we found alternatives after the 1st morning: The breakfast room is without windows and the room is not very nicely decorated. Not a nice place to eat your meal in. It was REALLY cold in the room as well.
Food quality was, in our opinion, not on par with what could be expected in a 4* hotel. On top of that, the USD 39 price tag was high. We found much better...
