Private ferieboliger i North Austin

"Home was clean and everything was easy to find! Notes in the house helped a great deal! Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of room for a dog outside."

"The listing photos were appealing, but the actual condition fell short of expectations. Upon checking in, we identified multiple maintenance issues requiring immediate attention. The property lacked trash liners, and the outdoor waste container was overflowing with bags. The front-load washing machine displayed mold growth, the refrigerator was grimy, and the dishwasher contained unwashed dishes from previous occupants. The bathroom presented additional concerns: mold covered the shower curtain,...

"Worst VRBO - The door doesn't lock and the balcony is rickety and so run down. The house is on East Dean Keeton and there is no way to feel secure since the door wouldn't open or even lock because the frame and door jamb don't meet. The railing and deck are so old and falling apart."

"Perfection for dog lovers: The host has provided a large dog crate with accessories including dog bowls, treats, bags, a dog blanket and a fenced in yard. For the humans there is a beautifully decorated, refurbished house."

"We loved this property, especially because what you see on the listing is what you get. No breakable decor for parents to be paranoid about, concrete floors, and cupboards stocked with the basic necessities. We will definitely keep this property in our Austin rotation!"

"We enjoyed the area. It was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. The house was as described with king-sized memory foam beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Check in was incredibly easy. Communication was great. My only complaint about the property is that there was some black mildew in the shower. The rest of the house was clean."

"Very nice house. Very clean. Two dogs next door made sitting in backyard difficult."

"Perfect location and quiet guest house!"
