"We were 7 middle aged moms and greatly enjoyed the house, kitchen, pool and hot tub for our getaway weekend. Funny to mention, but very important for menopausal women, is that all the temperature controls were highly responsive and effective - house cooling, pool & hot tub warming - for our needs. Beds and couches were all comfortable and 3 bathrooms were essential; the house was very clean and up to date. Location, communication, and access were all great."

"Our crew was 5 adult siblings and their families (plus a grandma) and this place was prefect. The suites are massive and can easily fit kids and adults. The house was modern and very clean. The location is close to lots of stuff, we never drove more than 15 mins. The property manager was super responsive on the one small thing we needed help with. "Really walkable considering Austin is a car town. Can get to 6th St., Rainey St., and of course, Ladybird lake and kayak/paddleboard rentals. Only thing I'd ask they add is some official bedding for the couch if that's where someone is going to stay - it pulls out but there were not many extra pillows, blankets, or any sheets left for that."
