"Nice and clean"

"So many unexpected fees. There is a $75 deposit required additional to your room to make sure you aren't smoking in your room. I chose a non smoking room. Valet parking is mandatory! You are not allowed to park your own car and it costs 20 to 45 dollars for it that's not included. You dont have access to your car at night because they lock the keys in the lobby. "Felt super unsafe on the premises and in the area. Spent the most amount of time possible away from the room and felt like I had to run from the car to the room and made sure to not return later than 9pm. Room smelled like smoke and mould. Couldn’t open my curtains as the only window faces the walk way. Bedlinen stained and I didn’t trust the cleanliness, bought a new quilt and pillow cases. The floor and the bath was chipped and cracked. The bedside lamp didn’t work. Would never stay there ever...

"Night check in staff was great. The original room we had the toilet wasnt working. She was able to reach out to the property manager and switch the rooms for us. Check in was fast and easy as well. She also took into consideration the location of the room for our comfort."
