"I’m excited for the new things this property has coming. Matt is working on upgrading this space and I think it’s going to get better every weekend. It was a quiet and nice space to stay at night. The mini fridge and microwave were super handy."

"View was wonderful...accommodations were beautifully done. Bed and pillows were great. We just came from a week long birthday trip up the east coast and back and this was the best stay by far! We just wished we would have stayed longer! Note to host: Screen door was not in track and it fell over at one point...husband tried to put it back.We will be back!"

"Perfect size for two people. If the weather had cooperated I would have loved to try the spacious outdoor shower. Maybe the next time. The walk to the beach is as listed. However, we drove and parked along a side street due to the heat, to shorten the walk. Norfolk is an easy drive and several other tourist stops are within a couple hours drive. "

"Property was clean and as pictured. Hosts were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was functional. I did expect the “entire house” listing on Vrbo to actually be just myself and my family in the house, but it is a house divided into two apartments so there may be other neighbors/guests during your visit. The other side/guests have their own separate entry. The neighbors did not interfere with my stay, it just wasn’t expected. It was a nice stay overall and I would recommend...

"The property provided us with a great location to visit local family while in the area. The house was nice and clean but needed a few minor repairs and updates, but overall a great place to relax. The house was located at the end of a street that provided direct beach access. The homeowner also had several beach style chairs available if needed. This was great.
