"What a gorgeous place! This house has everything you could want and more for a Northern Michigan experience. We loved the "local, northern themed" goodies. Quiet, private, wooded location but still close enough to surrounding attractions, dining etc. Very clean, comfortable, up to date appliances and decor. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would be perfect for a couple small families.Communication with Jennifer was pleasant and she responded quickly.We didn't end up using the pool/hot...

"We had an amazing stay at Shanty Creek Resort! The home was perfect for my family of 10 there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable, and the location was ideal with the slopes just a few minutes’ drive away. The host was fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. This place was a 10 out of 10, and we would absolutely stay here again!"
