"This is our second year staying in this home while we attend an annual event of friends and family directly across the pond. It’s the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. I absolutely LOVE this home- everything from coffee on the porch to the fully equipped kitchen and the extra cozy beds is wonderful! I run a VRBO property in Rhode Island and I am extra critical of other properties- this one however gets an A! The owners are also incredibly nice and easy to communicate with! "

"2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!"

"We take my Dad to Vt every year around Fathers day for a fishing trip.....this location was one of our favorites. Huge house, all the amenities, couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended "

"Everything about this house and location was fantastic. I stayed in the house with seven friends, and we were all comfortable and pleased with everything. Communications with the owner were quick and detailed, the house was very clean, the location was perfect (walk to shops, restaurants, creek swimming and tiki bar), front porch was enjoyable, fire pit was thoroughly enjoyed, large kitchen, strong wifi signal, and the detached garage with a long bike rack for storing our 12 bikes was excellent...

"It was really fun to stay in an old church that shares property with a brewery. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The hosts are easy-going and had a great cassette collection that my kids loved listening to. We would love to stay in this property again soon."

"Had a great time, house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The location and decks right on the water cant be beat! Would recommend to others and stay again! A few things I learned that might be useful to others in making plans:- The game warden was on us within 5 minutes of dropping a fishing line in the water - make sure you have the necessary fishing license (thankfully we did)- Fishing was kind of a bust, but that cant be blamed on the house -...

It was easy access to the public beach area (walk across the street) and a quick drive to a few local places to eat/coffee. Our host was very responsive with a few questions we had throughout our stay. Great for a long weekend away! "

"being right on the water and to see the different light is amazing. The apartment is very cute and very spacious!really nice to have your washer and dryer right there as well as Evie amenity you could ever possibly want.Downtown is absolutely glorious at the marina!And at the end of the street is a fantastic church that I happen to know friends and that's the reason why I came. You could walk there.I will be back"
