You will be staying right next to Grammy Jay ski run which takes you to the Village Double chair. Ski from your door to the lift and ski back at the end of the day! Only a 5 min walk to Mountain Kids Adventure Center and Clips and Reels Theater/Rec Center. It doesn't get better than this!

• No smoking outside
• No smokers
• People who smoke on the property or leave an odor of smoke are subject to:
o $150 fine
o Removal from the property without a refund
o A negative review with the following explanation: “Guest breached house rules by smoking”

Pet Policy:
We are sorry, but we do not allow pets at this time.

Check-out
• Throw all trash into trash cans
• Clean all dishes (running the dishwasher is fine)
• Wipe down kitchen counters,
• Return all furniture to their original locations when you checked in
o We understand rotating the angle of upholstered chairs but prefer you do not move large furniture such as sofas, beds and upholstered chairs
