"Cabin was cozy, clean, and eclectic. We enjoyed reading the varied books, magazines, and newspapers in the cabin. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Enjoyed sitting on the dock and riding in the boat. My husband even caught a few pike. Cabin was conveniently located for taking care of business in Ely. Host, Jeff, was a pleasure. "

"It was chilly and snowy but the views from the deck and from inside the big picture windows were absolutely stunning, and we made use of both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit to stay nice and cozy. "This place is epic! The views are stunning, and this beautiful house have everything you need during your stay. There is a lot to do close to the house, so you do not have to travel far. "Thank you for another lovely visit! We enjoyed daily hikes up and down the coast, investigating a few new spots to change things up. The weather was perfectly mixed, and topping off a chilly morning walk or a toasty afternoon climb with a sauna and then a beer on the deck was amazing!! "Cozy, clean and quiet. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Clear sandy bottom and shallow along the shoreline. We enjoyed kayaking and even caught a few sunnies! We made most of our meals at the cabin but did venture out to Riley's Cannibal Junction for a couple of awesome burgers and a quick stop at Hayslips Corner just down the road.
