"Our room was almost brand new. Great view of the Duluth Depot and Library from our windows. The bed was perfect and the kitchenette would have been great if we would have stayed longer. You can exit the hotel onto Superior St. Easy to pop out and find a restaurant or coffee. "

"We loved our stay. It was a great location and everyone from the youngest to the oldest in our group had a blast. The team was super helpful at check-in getting us into our rooms early and for making our stay fun and pleasurable. If we're in the area again we'll definitely stay here! Bonus points because it's dog friendly!"

"Nice room. Comfortable bed. First fl room in hall behind the pool and still had kids running down the hall having fun. Was not disturbing but may be to others restaurant on site was good and they provided a discount if we were staying in the hotel. Salmon was excellent. Friendly waiter "
